Gym:
Do you like to work out? We sure hope so! Here you'll find any gym equipment your heart desires, perfect for the traveler who likes to stay in shape, whatever their fitness needs! And if all you want to do is jog a couple of steps or sit on a machine with a towel around your neck and take a selfie? We won't tell.

Spa
Need to relax? Stop in for a spa treatment! Facials, massages, manicures and pedicures, ...colonics? Hey, we don't judge! Whatever you need to to feel good, we're here for you! Don't forget to have our technicians snap a picture to show how relaxed you are!

Pool
Need we say more? Come swim, or stretch out poolside while the family plays! There's plenty of room for everyone to have a great time in our pools! Lifeguards are on duty from 8am to 10pm, and we even have a splash pool for the little ones! Remember to take pictures and make those memories last!

Beach
Grab a towel and head to the beach for a day in the sea, sun, and sand! Fyre Resort has beachside access from the ground floor, and beach chairs are available upon request. Don't miss the chance to dip your toes in the ocean. #beachlife, am I right??

Theme Park
Looking for a little excitement in your life? Hop on the shuttle and head over to Local Theme Park! Roller coasters, flumes, and other rides are sure to thrill you, and with no lines or waiting for this special weekend, you'll be coming back again and again! Ride photos are available at the end of each ride.

Food
Room service and fine dining are both available at Fyre Resort. A full bar is also available (must show valid ID!), and if you don't see something on the menu you like, just ask! We are happy to accommodate all dietary needs. Remember to tag the chef!

Shaun has just put his phone away after posting the photo of himself on one of the roller coasters (what a thrill! can't wait to go again! #fyreresort #screamcoaster #definitelymything) when he sees Dorian. He'd seen his post--"How Terror-fying."--and it's pretty clear that rides are not this guy's thing--though after scrolling through his blog a bit, Shaun still isn't sure what Dorian's thing is.

He catches up to him. "So, if roller coasters aren't your thing, what are you doing at the theme park? Here for the cotton candy?"

[brushoff]

"God no," Dorian remarks, with a little frown. "You know that stuff's pure sugar, don't you?"

He's not entirely sure if Shaun's himself or not. There are certain people who it's easy to get a bead on that they've changed just by scrolling through the phone—Dorian is 100% certain that his beloved Blanche has no clue what the hell a hashtag is. But Shaun's one who he can't get a read on. Might as well play it a little safe until he can figure out if he's affected by this or not.

"I suppose I just wanted a change of scenery." That, and he was running out of oblique half-assed beach related references. "I've spent too long at the beach, the gym isn't my style, and it's a little bit tasteless to be hanging out poolside considering the whole water slide thing."

It's said with a dismissive wave. Only someone like Dorian would dismiss outright vivisection and death by tuunbaq as you know, that water slide thing.

Shaun, fortunately or not, has no idea what Dorian is talking about. "Water slide thing?" he asks with a curious look. Whatever it is sounds like some kind of idiot stunt, and that definitely is his kind of thing. "What happened?"

It's a water slide, right? how bad could it be?

[brushoff]

Dorian can't help but frown a little. Shit. Well, that meant there was one less person who he could trust to be themselves. Which is a pity, he actually likes Shaun. He was halfway tempted to just spend the rest of this...whatever it was as drunk as he was on the cruise.

But, there's another part of Dorian, the part that loves running headfirst into trouble, that wants to figure out just how the hell something like this would happen in the first place.

"A freak accident," Dorian says, in a far too flippant tone of voice. "It's not really the sort of thing one should be talking about in mixed company—chatting about death ruins the mood."

"Yikes," he agrees with a wince. "Yeah, it would probably kill the party spirit around here to talk about grisly water slide death. I wonder why I never heard about it. You'd think that kind of thing would get more publicity."

Sure, it might kill the party spirit to talk about horrible things, but that doesn't mean Shaun will stop.

[brushoff]

Dorian just gives Shaun a Look. It is very much a 'I'm already kind of done with this shit' sort of Look. Because dammit, he's heard of said grisly water slide death. He made the damn post! Why is Dorian the only person here who remembers the stupid Terror?

"Funny," Dorian says, as dryly as possible, "I thought you knew about it already. Must be mistaken." He sighs a little bit, reaching into his pocket to pull out a pair of sunglasses. Dorian continues talking as he fiddles with them before putting them on.

"Though really, something's going to kill the party spirit around here sooner or later. This whole thing is forced as hell."

Shaun shrugs a little in agreement. Dorian's right--it's forced and fake, but they're all here for the same reason, so it's not like Dorian would have imagined it was anything else when he agreed to come.

Because obviously that's what happened. Why else would he be here?

"Probably, but if no one catches it on camera, did it really happen?"

[brushoff]

"If a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it, does it make a sound?" There's a pause before Dorian very dryly continues, "Hashtag proverb. There are plenty of interesting things that can happen and still sound totally unbelievable."

"Anything in mind?" Shaun asks curiously. He's absolutely planning on pulling a prank on his parents that they'll have to smile through, even though they're pissed, because they're on camera, but this place is still pretty tame as far as he's concerned. If Dorian has something interesting going on, he definitely wants to know about it.

[brushoff]

"Not really," Dorian admits. Mostly because his interesting thing that still sounds unbelievable is their own arrival on a 1840s British naval vessel. Though the tone in Shaun's voice is interesting. And so, after a pause, Dorian adds,

"Why, do you want suggestions?"

He laughs. "I am always up for doing dumb, unbelievable shit."

[brushoff]

And Dorian is always up for enabling people to do dumb, unbelievable shit. He pauses for a moment, thinking to himself as he attempts to come up with something dumb and unbelievable that Shaun might appreciate.

"Do something scandalous and unbelievable. Kiss a stranger, wear something provocative, do something entirely out of your ordinary. But only do it where one other person can see. Then sit back and watch as they try to convince everybody else that what actually happened did happen."

He raises his eyebrows, slightly impressed. "I like that. Obviously this would work best if photographic evidence wasn't available, so it would have to be fast enough or shocking enough that no one would think to take out a camera. But I really like that. I'm going to have to come up with something really good for it."

[brushoff]

"If you need a partner in crime to distract someone or steal their phone, all you have to do is ask."

Causing trouble just for the hell of it? Don't mind if he do.

"Definitely," he says with a grin. "We'll do it before the end of the weekend for sure."

"I eagerly await to see what the hell you come up with."
